Quinlan Raichel, CDA, RDA, CDPMA
Quinlan maintains National Certifications for Dental Assisting and Practice Management. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant in the state of Texas, as well as an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor. She provides consulting for Practice Management and insurance coding as well as CPR classes in her spare time.
Quinlan has worked in several areas of the dental field for over 25 years. Her knowledge of dentistry as well as maximizing insurance, make her a valuable asset to our patients. She has been helping Dr. Crump grow our team since 2005.
Quinlan was born in Texas but raised in Abilene, Kansas on a greyhound farm. She returned to Texas upon completion of Dental Assisting School in Emporia, KS. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her blended family of 2 daughters and 4 sons as well as the dogs! She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time around the water, Friday Family Pizza movie night and keeping Starbucks in business!
Cappie was born in south Louisiana and has a family history rich in dentistry. As a result, she has made dentistry her life long career. She has been a Texan for over 35 years, living in south Dallas with her husband Mike.
She has worked in many areas of dentistry including orthodontics, general dentistry and periodontics. Cappie joined our office in 2010 and is very skilled in assisting patients with their appointments, treatment planning and insurance needs. It is her goal to make sure all patients feel comfortable when visiting our office.
When not at the office, Cappie enjoys traveling with her husband. Included in their many hobbies are hiking, fishing, gardening, cooking and enjoying their family and grandchildren.
Spencer joined our team in September 2015 and quickly made herself a welcome addition!
She grew up in Dallas and graduated from Lake Highlands high school. She then went to Art School and studied elementary art and education. She made a career change and became certified in medical office coding. She then brought her insurance experience to the dental field 2 years ago.
Spencer still has a love for art as well as traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her dog and longtime boyfriend.
Spencer continues to expand her knowledge of the periodontal field and other duties of the team. Since her family resides here in Dallas we hope to keep her here for years to come!
Priscilla Vasquez, RDA
Priscilla joined our team in 2007. She is a Registered Dental Assistant for the state of Texas with 13 years of dental experience. Priscilla is a very dedicated employee and applies herself in several areas of the dental field including surgical chairside assisting, aiding patients with treatment and being the calming factor for apprehensive patients. She also assists patients with their Spanish speaking needs.
Priscilla was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico but has spent her entire life enjoying the city life that Dallas has to offer. When not at work she enjoys the luxury of lounging at home as a wife and enjoying her journey into motherhood with 2 daughters. Quality time with her family, including her sister, nieces and nephews are also a very important factor into Priscilla’s home life. Priscilla has been a great fit and addition to our office and she continues to strive to be an asset.
Priscilla Gorski, RDA
Priscilla Gorski is a registered dental assistant by the state of Texas, and brings more than 30 years of experience in periodontics to our practice. Additional to her excellent skills as a chairside assistant to Dr. Crump, she is licensed by the state of Texas in nitrous oxide monitoring. Priscilla enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable with her humor, warmth and charm.
Priscilla has been a welcomed addition to our dental family since 2011. Her infectious laugh and welcoming smile make it feel more like home than a dental office!
Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana where she still has family, Priscilla has called Texas her home for over 28 years. She resides in Rowlett. When not at work, Priscilla enjoys watching sports, spending time with her friends, reading, and playing with her cat Milo, who runs the show!
Jennifer Quinn, RDH
Originally from Natchitoches, Louisiana; Jennifer is glad to now be a true Texan. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2004. She moved to Dallas as soon as she could get here and has been a part of Dr. Crump’s team since 2005. Jennifer resides in McKinney, TX with her husband, Lee and two daughters, Lilah and Jules. She enjoys relaxing by the pool, working out and spending time with family and friends.
Zara-Leigh Overlin, RDH
Zara-Leigh was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand where her family enjoyed life on a farm. She was an accomplished equestrian rider throughout college and discovered the meaning of hard work and commitment.
After graduating college in 1987 with a business degree she traveled to London, England for three years. During her time in England, when she was not working, she backpacked throughout Europe. Moving on to Calgary, Alberta, Canada where she developed great friendships and a love for skiing.
In 1992 she came to Texas to attend dental hygiene school in Amarillo, where she met and married her wonderful husband Dan.
Dental hygiene has been both satisfying and rewarding staying on the cutting edge of her profession and working with wonderful dentists, colleagues and patients.
With a passion for her profession; she joined Dr. Brad Crump in 2010, bringing her extensive experience and expertise in periodontal therapy.
Zara-Leigh and Dan enjoy spending time with their four wonderful children and their desire for sports. When not at sporting events, you can find them camping, biking, swimming, fishing, watching movies or eating out.
When taking time out, she enjoys running, playing indoor soccer, working out, gardening or relaxing with a good book.
Glenda Starnes, RDH
Born here in Dallas, living now in Oak Cliff, Glenda began working as a Dental Assistant her junior year at Irving High School. She received her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1979. Her work with periodontal patients began in 1986 with Dr. Bettye Whiteaker. Her work continued there for 20 years. Many of these beloved patients are now seen here in our office.
Glenda finds much pleasure in collecting vintage dolls and toys. Together she and her husband have seven grandchildren. Their visits are always welcome and she keeps them well supplied with fun things!
