Niki Shepard, RDA

Niki Shepard Biography:
Niki was born in Chicago, but moved to Texas as soon as she could. She received her dental assistant training from the Texas College of Medical and Dental Careers, where she graduated with honors. Niki is licensed by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners in nitrous oxide monitoring and radiology and is trained in basic life support. She also holds certification in Infection Control and OSHA Regulations for dental offices.

With over 17 years of chairside assisting experience, Niki enjoys interacting with patients and making sure all of their needs are met. Niki lives in North Dallas and spends her time volunteering in community service, collects old movie memorabilia and enjoys cooking.

Quinlan Raichel, CDA, RDA, CDPMA

Quinlan Raichel Biography:
Quinlan has over 20 yrs in the dental field. She received her National Certification in Dental Assisting from Flint Hills Area Vo-Tech in Emporia, KS. She also has a National Certification for Practice Management. She is a Registered Dental Assistant for the state of Texas per the new guidelines in 2006.

Quinlan has worked in several areas of the dental field, helping patient’s chairside as well as aiding patients with their treatment needs and insurance. She has worked in cosmetic practices and well as periodontal practices.

Quinlan was born in Texas but raised in Kansas. She returned to Texas 18 years ago. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her kids, a daughter and 2 sons. They love outdoor activities, playing with their dog and cat, movies and Starbucks!

Jennifer Quinn, RDH

Jennifer Quinn Biography:
Originally from Natchitoches, Louisiana; Jennifer is glad to now be a true Texan.  Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2004.  She moved to Dallas as soon as she could get here and has been a part of Dr. Crump’s staff for two years.  Jennifer resides in Allen, TX  with her husband, Lee and her dog and cat, JoJo and Elle.  She enjoys relaxing by the pool, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Glenda Starnes, RDH

Glenda Starnes Biography:
Born here in Dallas, living now in Oak Cliff, Glenda began working as a Dental Assistant her Junior year at Irving High School. She received her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1979. Her work with periodontal patients began in 1986 with Dr. Bettye Whiteaker. Her work continued there for 20 years. Many of these beloved patients are now seen here in our office.

Glenda finds much pleasure in collecting vintage dolls and toys.  Together she and her husband have seven grandchildren. Their visits are always welcome and she keeps them well supplied with fun things!

Priscilla Vasquez, RDA

Priscilla Vasquez Biography:
Priscilla joined our team in September ‘07. She brings over 4 years experience in the dental field to our office.  She is a Registered Dental Assistant for the state of Texas.  Priscilla also has worked in several areas of the dental field including aiding patients with their treatment, insurance and Spanish speaking needs. 

Priscilla was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico but has spent her entire life as a native Texan!  When not at work she enjoys the luxury of lounging at home and hanging out with her brother and boyfriend of 3 1/2 years.  She not only has a passion for the dental field, but a great big heart for pets!  She is the proud owner of three beautiful dogs!

Elsa Cantu

Elsa Cantu Biography:
Elsa Cantu is a native of Dallas, originally from Oak Cliff, she now lives in Plano. She started in the Dental Field in 1977 as a Dental Assistant. In three short years she worked and studied her way up to office manager at the age of twenty one. She has remained in the dental field ever since. She is a certified practice manager, certified insurance specialist and certified medical coder. Being from Dallas and in the same field for 30 years, she is obviously in her comfort zone. Elsa joined our team in September ‘08. She enjoys traveling, going to the movies, hanging out with family and friends.
